This year’s Fresh New Harvest (Oct-Nov 2025) our olive oil reached a total of more than 1,200 mg/kg of Polyphenols!
By harvesting earlier we produce a limited quantity of oil as less juice is extracted compared to fully ripened olives, however, this ensures significantly higher polyphenols than common oils(In the latest Laboratory analysis conducted our olive oil Polyphenols stood above 1,200 mg/kg).
High-polyphenol olive oil is a rare category of early-harvest extra virgin olive oil with naturally high levels of olive polyphenols. These naturally occurring compounds have been the subject of extensive scientific research. With an independently verified polyphenol content exceeding 1,200 mg/kg, November Olive Oil meets the conditions for the authorised UK & EU Health Claim (Regulation (EU) No 432/2012): olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.
