By subscribing to our olive oil deliveries, you agree to the following Subscription Terms. These terms are designed to provide transparency, reward loyal subscribers, and ensure fair use of subscription benefits.
How Subscriptions Work
When you place a subscription order, payment is collected automatically at checkout for the first order and on each scheduled renewal date thereafter.
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched only after successful payment.
Subscription frequency (e.g. monthly, every two months) and delivery details can be managed at any time through your customer account.
Subscription Plans and Discounts
We offer multiple subscription plans based on the number of bottles per delivery, each with increasing savings:
1 Bottle Subscription
2 Bottles Subscription
3 Bottles Subscription
The first order includes a reduced introductory discount. Higher ongoing subscription savings are unlocked from the second successful order onward, provided the subscription remains active and payments are successfully collected.
This approach allows us to reward long-term subscribers while keeping pricing fair for all customers.
Changes, Modifications & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
All changes or cancellations apply only to future orders or deliveries.
Orders that have already been billed, invoiced, processed, or dispatched cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
Any discounts applied to fulfilled orders remain valid and will not be retroactively removed.
Fair Use & Intended Use
Subscriptions are intended for ongoing personal use.
Creating a subscription solely to access a discounted first order and cancelling immediately afterward may be considered misuse.
If a subscription is cancelled or payment fails before the second successful order, ongoing subscription discounts will not apply.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or card issues, we may attempt to retry payment and notify you by email.
Orders are processed only after successful payment.
Failed payments may result in the subscription being paused or cancelled.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, discounts, or terms with prior notice.
Any changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for or dispatched.
