Our thinking
There are many ways to offer a subscription.
We spoke to customers who cook with great olive oil every day. Some wanted the same exceptional oil, reliably restocked. Others wanted to build a small collection — a bold Tuscan for finishing, a gentler Spanish for daily cooking. Filtered or Unfiltered Olive Oil?

A High Polyphenol Olive Oil is an extra virgin olive oil that contains unusually high levels of naturally occurring antioxidants called polyphenols. These compounds are linked to protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress (EU Health Claim 432/2012).
