MasWorth Social Media Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is MasWorth Ltd (“MasWorth” or “the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of UK Mainland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of MasWorth, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The prize draw opens on Wednesday 26th August 2026 at 13:00 UK time and closes on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 at 13:00 UK time (“Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To submit one valid entry, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
- Follow MasWorth on Instagram and Facebook
- Like the competition post
- Tell us in the comments how you enjoy your olive oil
- Tag one or more friends who you think should discover High-Polyphenol Olive Oil
There is a maximum of one entry per person per platform, regardless of the number of comments or people tagged.
Entrants must have a valid social-media account and comply with the applicable platform's terms of use.
5. The Prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive a two-month supply of MasWorth olive oils, consisting of:
1 x bottle of MasWorth High Polyphenol Extra Virgin Olive Oil (750ml) and
1 x bottle of NOVEMBER POLYPHENOLS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml).
For the purposes of this giveaway, “two-month supply” means the specific number of bottles stated above and does not represent or recommend any particular level of personal consumption.
The approximate retail value of the prize is £50.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
MasWorth reserves the right, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date using a verifiably random selection process.
The draw will take place within 5 working days following the Closing Date.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted only by the official MasWorth social-media account within 5 working days of the draw.
MasWorth will never request payment, card details or bank details from the winner in order to receive the prize.
The winner must respond within 7 calendar days of notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange UK Mainland delivery.
If the winner does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, MasWorth reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Delivery
The prize will be dispatched directly by MasWorth to a valid UK Mainland delivery address, normally within 30 days of the winner being confirmed.
MasWorth will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9. Verification and Invalid Entries
MasWorth reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to exclude entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, automated, created using fake accounts, submitted through bots or otherwise made in breach of these Terms & Conditions or the applicable social-media platform's rules.
10. Winner Information
In accordance with applicable rules, MasWorth may make available information indicating that a valid prize was awarded, ordinarily the winner's name and county.
The winner may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published be reduced by contacting MasWorth. MasWorth may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the relevant regulation authorities.
11. Personal Information
Personal information supplied in connection with this prize draw will be used for the administration of the giveaway, verification of the winner and delivery of the prize, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with MasWorth's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
12. Social Media Platforms
This giveaway is administered by MasWorth and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
Entrants release the applicable social-media platforms and MasWorth from responsibility in connection with the administration of this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
13. General
MasWorth will administer the giveaway fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
MasWorth reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided that doing so is consistent with applicable law and advertising rules and does not unfairly disadvantage participants.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, and entrants retain any mandatory rights they have regarding jurisdiction.
